No. On Core and Unlimited, your draft allowance resets at the start of each billing cycle and Core's 15 Eddy questions refill on the 1st of each month — unused drafts and questions don't carry over. Seedling's two starter drafts and three Eddy questions are a one-time allowance and don't reset.
